I'm currently training for a race with a specific plan, for which I export interval training sessions on my watch.
I like the fact that it vibrates when I'm too fast or too slow compared to the target pace, but the range is way too narrow and makes it ring all the time, while I could like it to be more tolerant. It currently show something like +/- 5 sec/km around the target pace, while it would be more useful with +/- 15 sec/km.
How can I adjust that range setting on the watch ? (I precise that the training session are not built on Garmin Connect but an external app)
