Hi All,
I was training using Daily suggestions for a couple of years now. For the last 8 weeks, I have been ill with Pneumonia and need to take it slow with the recovery. But Daily suggestions seems to think I am still my old self and instead of the 25 minutes Base running to star twith that I would need now, it suggests me hour long tempo workouts similar to what I was doing before.
Is there a way to reset it to start taking it easy again?
