Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with syncing a multisport activity recorded on my Garmin Forerunner 255. I completed the activity, but it isn’t appearing in the Garmin Connect app after syncing. I've tried several times, but no luck.
I also connected my watch to my computer to manually retrieve the .fit file and then tried uploading it directly to Garmin Connect. Unfortunately, I received an error message during the upload, and the activity still isn’t being recorded.
I've attached the .fit file in a zipped format here in case anyone can take a look or if it helps with troubleshooting.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know a way to fix this? I’d appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue.
