Cardio activity does not work anymore after update 20.32

After updated my forerunner 255S Music, when I try to play a cardio activity, just after starting a session I receive a 1193:02:47 alarm screen (as if I had just finished a planned training), It prevents me from going on. I only have a palne for running, no other scheduled training.

    Hi, ! We've seen this a couple of times and are tracking reports. May I have permission to reach you via email so I can add you to our investigation? 

    Please capture a picture of the screen you're seeing with this alarm and then try this workaround: Toggle ON, then back OFF the type of alert you're seeing in the Cardio activity profile. For example, if you see in the Cardio profile the inflated numbers with a stopwatch symbol above the numbers (it's hard to tell without seeing a picture), that is a time alert. You should toggle on a time alert in the Cardio profile and then toggle it back off. Then, retest.

    Thanks for your reply. I've followed your instructions and the workaround finally worked! It was a ttime alert indeed. I just toggled on and off a new time alert for cardio...and now it seems ok.
