Simple example. I use fr255, va3, chest pulse sensor on the phone to compare. I get up from the couch, do 10 push-ups, having previously called up the pulse widget on display. We compare the pulse readings - fr255 - 65, va3 - 98, belt - 112 bpm.
That's all you need to know about the quality of the fr255 OHR monitor today.

Let's stop always recommending resetting the watch, it's just a bug
