Forerunner 255/265 navigation, breadcrumb map

Hi,

could someone check how these watches with with Explore app. Can you simply search for something and make a route there. Will you see breadcrumb map and navigation after sending it to the watch. I am interested if this works with these watches and I may not need to buy 955/965 instead.
