Has DSW gone berserk?

I'm following DSW and it gives me a nice mix of base, speed and long runs, mostly base. Now, however, I've got two sprint runs and one anaerobic run in a row! Followed tomorrow by a longish run (1 h 20 min). Since I'm nowhere near an elite runner, my legs are starting to protest. SmileHas anyone else experienced this, is it normal or has something gone wrong somewhere?
