Syncronization issue over mobile app. fw 20.29

Hello,

after last update 20.26 I'm not able to syncronize my activities over mobile app.

I see my activity on my watch, I try to force sync without result.

If I connect over the cable and Garmin express I can sync and see that on my app an over web.

Issue persist also after 20.29 update.

Any other with this issue?

    Android or Apple?

    Have you left it connected for hours to let it sync?  I think one thing they added in 20.26 is backups, so there may be even more traffic that it has to send, and I don't know how they prioritize the different kinds. So maybe it will take longer to complete a sync?  This is just wild speculation though...

    I honestly haven't tried to sync since I upgraded. I'll be doing that in a few days when I need to sync for GPS ephemeris anyway.

    Hello,

    sorry, using Android.

    I don't think is for most traffic, I can't see my activity on my application and the sync progress between mobile and watch result "synchronized".

    Over garmin express and cable my activity appear immediately in all side (app, website).

    sync, then reset to defaults the watch, turn off and turn on, normally it works

    I don't know what changed... but after some days synchronization over phone go back to work without any action...
