I am using FR255 to wake me up in the morning. After update to 20.26 yesterday, my first alarm is missing.

Do you mean the alarm is missing from the list of configured alarms, or just that it didn't function in the morning?
I had a similar experience a long time ago around firmware version 15.xx. I think the update disabled the alarm, but didn't remove it from the list.
Had one alarm configured, then nothing after updating to 20.26, the alarm list was empty
I have three alarms set, two active and one disabled. The first one is removed after update. It happened to be my wake up call.
