FR 255 (without music) Does not counting steps

Hi everyone. My FR 255 just stoped counting the steps and also when im running doesn't show the pace properly.

I've trying the support steps like delete intern folders then restore using garmin express, hard reset, disable the heart monitor and reset.. nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have any other suggesting? As the my watch is already out of guaranty.
