I have just received today a mail about a new firmware update.

I tried to search for updates from the watch using wi-fi but no update was found.

Does ti require some days or months like for Android updates on mobile phone?

I got this email too. Something about new features for the iPhone - pin drop navi blah-blah. Have no iPhone. Looks like a typical advertising junk that has nothing to do with reality.

There is a beta version available, but it does not have all the features mentioned in the email.

Thank you for the feedback.The mail was misleading.

I suppose that on some devices the features are already available since for example the Garmin messenger app is already in App Store.

Or the application has it been released for beta tester?

What is not really clear to me is if with such update it is possible to reply to messages rather than using preset replies.

I don't know yet, since I will wait for the official release. I don't want to do beta testing.
