I notice my watch did not capture any data during sleep, no sleep record at all, is there anything I need to enable or disable?

The HRV at night also not capture

For the widget, the F6 one able to show data in one row of glance like example step, stair climb and active minutes, but I cannot find those in F255

For nap features, the watch will auto detect or we need manually add?

About sleep - you should set your regular sleep time, not more. And your OHRS  should be switched on.

HRV will be shown first after 3 weeks of wearing the wath AFAIK.

Glances are nothing other than folders where you can group the widgets. But you can use widgets directly on the appearance screen. Settings-> Appearance-> Edit Glances. Here you can put your widgets.

Naps will be detected automatically. It works for me with about 60% probability, but who cares? It's OK for me.
