[BUG] Device restarts when I press 'broadcast heart rate' on the Connect APP.

Device and Version of Software: 

• Forerunner 255 3451309006
• Connect app 19.18

Computer/Phone:

• Xiaomi Poco F3. Android 13 on Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0.1.0.TKHEUXM
• Bluetooth version: 

Issue Description: 

The device (forerunner 255) restarts when I press 'broadcast heart rate' on the Connect APP. The problem recurs every time on my device.

• 2024-06-20 10:09 (GMT+3)
• No accessories
• GPS turned off
• The device on a wrist. No activities or something.

Step by step instruction:

• Go to the Connect application
• Press More(3dots) -> Garmin Devices -> Select Forerunner 255 -> Health and wellness -> Wrist heart rate -> Broadcast Heart Rate
• Press Broadcast Heart Rate and the device will restart.
• After the restart everything is fine. 
  
  
  

Update (2024-20-06 14:21 GMT+3): broadcast heart rate via device working properly. Problem occurs only when using the Connect Application.
