Outdoor run Activity recorded as an IQ event on Tuesday 11th. Help please

Hello there. I have had the same issue as many on here. I ran over 14KM o Tuesday 11th June 2024 and the app saved it as a Move IQ event. Please can you fix this?

Is it possible that you selected the Activity Profile but forgot to start the timer? Is this the first time that it's happened?

Good evening. This is the first time it has happened. I remember setting the watch to outdoor run and pressing start. I even recall stopping it when I got back home. The watch shows it as a run activity, its the app that appears wrong. Could you correct it please?

I unfortunately cannot correct it. However, if it shows as an activity on the watch itself then I suggest attempting to manually upload it from your Garmin folder (you'd need access to a computer). The steps are listed in How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

I also see that you may have a Forerunner 35? If so and if this happens again, please contact your local Garmin Product Support center for further assistance.
