Run activity considered as Move IQ and not synced on Garmin Connect

Dear all,

I know I'm not the only one to encounter this issue.

I did a 45min run this morning, the same way I always do since I have this watch. And after the run, no trace of the activity in Garmin Connect APP. Usually it's there the moment I stop the activity.

After checking a bit, I notice a Move IQ activity early this morning.

Is that run lost ? What happened ?

That is not what I asked my device to do...

Can you see the activity on the watch under history?

Yes, I do see it. It is "stored" like the other run activities.

Did you restart the watch? Or try toggle BT on and off incase that starts some sync?

Otherwise connect your device to a laptop and see if that syncs, if not extract the .fit file from the device folder and upload the file to connect.
