I'm very sorry to read about this. If you have access to a computer, please plug your watch in and check for updates using Garmin Express. Even if it says you're up to date, safely eject and see if the watch shows any updates available for download on the watch. If your GPS versions still says 0.00, please contact your local Garmin Product Support center directly.
