Hi, i recorded this at May 30, but it won't upload to Connect, i've even tried uploaded it manually on the Connect web but still, it said it was somekind of file corruption.
Can someone fix this .fit file for me? Also, my May 29 and May 31 activities are uploaded fine to Connect, how can i prevent this from happening again?
The link appears to be directed at your actual computer desktop "Users/duybui/Desktop".
You need to click the "upload" link then browse for the file on your computer.
Or use one of these methods to share the file with us..
This will upload to Garmin Connect, but if you want your exercises listed, you'll have to add them manually.

No guarantee that it will never happen again. However occasionally removing all files from the \GARMIN\Activity folder should minimize the chances of a reoccurrence - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
