Warm-up and stretching exercises (development suggestions)

Hello!

I have a development suggestion.

Personally, I have problems with proper warm-up before a workout and various stretching exercises after a workout. And we know how important this is.

So I was thinking that if the watch can display animated workouts, then the watch can help with these exercises before and after workouts.

What do you think about my suggestion? I am also curious to hear your opinions.

  • I see most people now do dynamic stretching as a warmup, and just easy activity (walking/jogging/cycling) as cooldown after the activity.

  • I just found out mwg that one of the cheaper Chinese activity tracking bracelets has a similar feature:

    "Give your workouts a new boost and get the most out of your workout with exclusive animated warm-up and stretching exercises the watch offers for eight common forms of exercise, including running, cycling and swimming."
