Yesterday, in the middle of my running activity, my earbuds notified me that they had lost connection with the watch. At first, I thought only the connection with the earbuds was broken, but when I checked "Sensors & Accessories," I noticed that both the HRM Dual and Garmin Running Pod had lost their connections as well. The watch attempted to reconnect with them, but without success. I attempted to resolve the issue by canceling the device discovery and initiating it again, but to no avail. Then, I tried turning on the Bluetooth connection for the phone (although it wasn't with me at the time, I hoped this might somehow reset the Bluetooth module). A minute or two later, I noticed on the watch that the earbuds were "connected" again, even though I couldn't hear anything. Even after stopping and restarting the music, there was still no sound. Shortly after, the watch began to reboot.
After the reboot, I was able to resume my activity, and all the sensors were functioning properly. However, there was a ~300 meters gap just before the reboot occurred, leading me to believe that the entire watch had become unresponsive a little bit after the connections were lost, not just before the reboot, though I'm not sure if I somehow caused it with my "troubleshooting".
This is the first instance of software instability I've encountered in several months. The current software version is 18.27.
