How to reinstall Forerunner 255 Software?

Hi, 

I updated my Forerunner 255s Music from v19.12 to v19.13 (beta), now the GPS shows 0:00. It cannot get a lock. I think there was an error on the update. How can I reinstall this? or revert to v19.12?
