255 is compatible with hydration glance, but there is no way I can find it nor in my watch ether with connect app. FW 18.27.
Any ideas?

The page you linked clearly states that you need to download the "Garmin Hydration Tracking" widget from Garmin Connect IQ app store, and this is exactly what you need to do
