Is there any way to get the training programs to use heart rate goals instead of minutes-per-mile? I'm a senior, and the min/mi goals suggested are way faster than I have been able to achieve for at least 5 years. At my age, it makes more sense to monitor heart rate rather than speed. I've checked the settings on my 430, but don't find a solution. I know POLAR watches use heart rate goals in their running programs, but I like the rich assortment of other data that the Garmin 430 provides.
