Hi all, have done a bit of research and not seeing but a post or two that is similar but not exactly. I am using the Stryd app, open run using the Stryd footpood to collect power. It has been working flawlessly for miles and miles. As of late, it is freezing mid-run, showing the data that you would find when you pause, but the colors are all red on the screen (I have not been able to capture a picture yet). Music still plays but the screen is not responsive. On one occasion I was able to manage to get back to the home screen and restart and it worked fine. It did the same yesterday and I had to do a hard reset/restart. The data prior to the freeze is not reported. What is shown are two exact copies of the same activity. I am not running beta, but have been keeping up to date on the firmware (auto-update) running version 18.26. I have a pretty big race coming, and I am relying on it in big time. I did a complete reset last night, which I have not had to do since buying the watch 18 or so months ago, and I am hoping this resolves. But wanted to post to share the event with others and also to see if anyone has experienced and has a resolution. Much thx!
