Hello! Just did parkrun, really enjoyable. So heart rate stayed pretty steady all the way as I kept the same pace, but it seemed awfully high for the effort it felt? It wasn't an easy run but it
wasn't a really hard run, does a heart rate of 175 average seem normal? I felt I had more in the tank so does that mean my max heart rate is over 210? Garmin estimates it at 203 even though I am 32 years old. Perceived effort was like a 6 or 7 out of 10 but I wasn't breathing very hard. My resting heart rate is 56...I just thought it would be lower at the speed I did. Anyway thanks for reading and any replies
