Cadence issues on a treadmill

Hi,

Yesterday I ran at a cadence of 160 spm on a treadmill, using a metronome as a benchmark; one beat - one step. However, in Connect app, I saw this after the workout, which barely resembles the reality.

Garmin Coach told me to do 5 mins walking/jogging, 15 mins easy running, and 5 mins cool down walking, but watch made a mix of everything together (Pic 2).

Also, hands movements were just normal, I did not hold the bar, and was running in the standard manner.

So the questions are:

1. Do you think there's something wrong with my watch?

2. Are there any ways to fix that?

3. If it's a mistake of algorithms, how reliable then the conclusions and guidance of Garmin coach? Thanks a lot for your input!
