I am a college athlete and I was so excited for this watch. I used it perfectly fine last week and all of the sudden, it won't track my distance, get my calories or tell me my heart rate when I exercise. Support told me that even if I exchange it, they can't guarantee it won't work again. I tried resetting it and more. Please help. I just got this watch in July.
