255s Music. Still freezing after version 18.23 update

Hi all.. & team Garmin

Anybody still experiencing unit freeze after updating to the latest software version? (18.23)

I already reset factory default the unit. Still freezing intermittently.

I leaved my watch on warranty service because the new software do not solve the reboot and freeze issue. Very disappointed because in less than one month appeared the reboot issues. Hard reset, new software…

Hi there,

I have the same issue here. Intermittently freezes and I had to soft reset it. I also did a full factory reset.

Don't use the track run feature. Battery drains quickly when I soft reset it

After several reset and update (directly via wifi to the unit. not using the app), now it works normally.

The version is still 18.23

But now it's not freezing anymore and works perfectly like before.

Weird. But it works now. So I'm good.
