Its to sensitive- well known issue but Garmin ignoring the problem.
BUT WHY cant correct/edit/delete a nap that was not correct???? Seriously??? It is so hard to intruduce "delete nap" function or any kind of ack.

And/or be able to turn off auto detection so all naps have to be started manually.
Funny story - my watch detected a nap while I was getting a checkup at the dentist. I most definitely was not napping!
It likes to think I'm taking a nap when I'm working. I work in IT as a dev and am in meetings where I often have to share screen and code and it likes to think I'm napping in those moments. Or if I'm reading…

Or if I'm reading in the morning or after work. So annoying to not be able to turn off nap detection or delete the data. Fitbit worked WAY better in this aspect. I hope Garmin has this ability in development.
