I have been using the Forerunner 255 for 3 months and I am very satisfied with the quality of it. However, for a week or so, the UP and DOWN buttons got into a problem. They got very "loud" and "bouncy". Often, they get stuck in some kind of "middle" position. When they come out, they make a recognizable metallic CLANG sound and this is very annoying for me. Also, when clicking them they get very hard as compared to the LIGHT button. I feel like the spring kind of get into some problems. It gets much harder to continuously scroll through the glances with the buttons like that.
Does anyone have the same problem?
Should I contact Garmin Support for warranty? Is it covered in their warranty?
