With the 4.75 app update my 255 won't synch. It's? Not my watch as many others seem to have the same issue and my watch still connects to ConnectIQ app.

Have you tried to delete the watch from the phone connection completely and reset it up :
1. Delete GC App from phone
2. Forget Watch in BT devices
3. Restart Phone
4. Soft restart watch (hold in power button until it shuts down completely, then restart after say 20s)
5. Reinstall GC App
6. Re-Pair watch with phone/ GC app
This has sorted many such similar issues for me over time
I have the same problem after the update. Only way I can sync now is via the cable on the PC with Garmin express.
Have tried all the restarts, reinstalls and re-pairings proposed below plus checked phone Android soft is up to date. Very frustrating as wasted 2hrs messing around with it before my ride to try and load the route onto the watch.
I would like option of undoing software update to be made available until it is sorted out.
I would try at first to clear app cache - it is not destructive. it helps on 70% of all troubles if worked before. Then i would do a sync check in GC -> Settings. So you get data to debug your problem. It can be access rights/power saving management of a phone. 4.76 works without probs to me on android 14, one+.
Thanks for the tips. The cache delete and power saving settings didnt help for me. I have found directly after a phone restart I can sync to connect otherwise I can't sync and sometimes can't connect at all. All other Bluetooth devices work OK. The sync log looks OK when it syncs. Getting sick of having to restart for every sync!
