Forerunner HR bug issue

My Forerunner 255 Music shows a very high HR (20-30BPM more than Normal) while running and then gets stuck and then all of a sudden jumps to maximum heart rate, It’s even worst when temperature is lower than 10 degrees in my area.(Batter level was more than 50% while testing)
please help !

There are a lot of recorded issues currently with HR issues . There is a fix in Beta 18.20 apparently.
