I’ve just done a walking workout which had a target of 132bpm for 105 mins . My average was 130 bpm and my watch buzzed and told me I was “too high’ ie > 141bpm or ‘too low <120bpm for no more than 5-10 minutes max . The rest of that time I was in the 120-140 range …. So why was my execution score so low at 16% ? Any ideas ?
