Yes, same. Movements up or down are always steady. When the indicator is orange or red, it always is at least for a week.
When the indicator is back in the green zone, it is like that for at least one week and most of the time longer.
I don't worry about it, as I do not feel different when my hrv average is low or high. Humans survived thousands of year without knowing their hrv, I guess I will survive too without paying to much attention to it
