Can I use basic music control features on the non-music Forerunner 255? I see the widget, but it does nothing but I'm not sure if the non-music version can't do any music control at all or just basic control of what playing via BT on my phone?
SOLVED: I had to go into the Connect app > more > settings > notifications > app notifications > and turn on "notification access" & select Spotify from the list.
The reason why this wasn't working is I have all watch notifications turned off because I don't care about getting notifications on the watch about text messages or phone calls or calendar events or anything else. I use it strictly for working out training and racing and so all of those were shut off.
