Heart rate monitor battery low

I have a garmin 255 music and a polar h10 heart rate monitor. The garmin keeps displaying “Heart rate monitor battery is low” although i changed the batteries.
Both products are up to date.

I don't know how it is about H10, but some BT devices needed some time to release a flag "low battery". And if you do a change quickly (shorter then 1-2 minutes without battery) a low battery flag remains.
