Recovery time going up while sleeping

Hi,

   Sometimes the recovery time does strange things. For instance, yesterday morning I went for a light run, recovery time was 26h. Fine. 14h later, at night, recovery time was 12h.. fine.

   This morning, after a proper sleep (sleep score 78), min HR of 52 (good), an HRV within limits, good body battery... but on my daily report my recovery time was 20h, and "recovering as expected". Why it went up instead of down? I expected a recovery time of 5h or so at that time.

   Any explanation? Am I missing something?
