Since beginning of december I started training for a marathon. However, between 20 december I went on a holiday on which no running was done (did not wear my watch). After I picked up running 8/9 days ago, my acute load seems to be irresponsive and much lower than before (latter makes sense). However, my acute load seems to be totally misaligned with my daily suggestions: daily suggestions coming up with full week programs, while I am already above the optimal training range.. Do people have the same experience? And should I follow optimal range or daily suggestions as preparation for my Marathon in April? Thanks a lot!
