I'm in week 8 of a 19 week training plan for a 10K. I ran my Time Trial recently and had improved in my mile time, however upon completing it I realized I had never clicked the lap button and thus completed my mile trial in the warm-up. Now my times for goal pace are much higher than they were before (I had been targeting 7:55-8:05, and now it's up to 8:45-9:05).
Is there a way to edit the time trial? Or am I stuck with these times until the next time trial and I'll just have to figure out my pacing?
