Event day notification every day!?

Hi my Garmin 255s music has been giving me event day notifications every evening around 20.00 o'clock despite not having an event that day. It seems to 'think' that I have an event every day. My daily suggested training as a consequence are to have a rest day, every day. Hope someone knows the solution to this bug..

    It's now stopped happening to me. I didn't do anything but there has been a firmware update so maybe they rolled out a fix.

    Yep I’ve got the exact same issue.  I’ve got no events in my calendar and I’ve done a hard reset on my 255s but it still giving me event day round ups everyday!

    Same problem here on 265s. Had an event 4 days ago.
    I don't get a notifcation, but insight on body battery shows the watch still thinks its race day. I can see in the daily suggested workouts that trainings in the future week are plannend, but are replaced with rest days.

    Workaround mentioned in other threads (changing rate rate zones) didn't help...

    Update: what helped me was changing my year of birth in the user settings.

    Got the same on my Fenix 7 Pro Solar with most recent firmware. Tried to change my year of birth, and to set the day for long runs to each weekday once. Nothing helped yet. Don't want to do a hard reset.

    I deactivated the suggestions for a few days because I wasn't able to do any runs. However, after reactivation I my Fenix 7 Pro was still wishing me well for the event that took place almost two weeks ago.

    So I tried to remove that event from my calendar via the web interface, but not the recorded activity connected. And magically the suggestions turned to normal. The activity seems to be unchanged.

    From my perspective the firmware appears to have an issues with events in past, like they haven't been terminated or something.

    Same watch with same issue here, I just read somewhere that it's supposed to help if you change of one your HR zones and then change it back. I just tried that but I have no idea how to check if it worked other than to wait for the new daily notification this evening

    I am currently experiencing the same issue. Tried almost all 'fixes' except for a hard reset, non of them seemed to work for me..

    Same issue in Forerunner 255, firmware 18.26. Last event run about two weeks ago, next one in 10 days. It's undoubtely a bug which I expect to be fixed in the next firmware update. Until then it would be nice to have a confirmed workaround to restore functionality of daily suggestions.

    Since the beginning of this month I’ve been having the exact same issue. Kind of makes the daily summary useless
