Guys, I would like to know if it is necessary for me to wear my watch all the time in order for Garmin to continue estimating my VO2Max.
The reason why I am asking is because until 2 weeks ago I was wearing it all the time, but for reasons which I don't want to explain lately I have started wearing it only when I exercise. So I would like to know if Garmin is going to be able to keep estimating my VO2Max same as before.
