Our gym is closed on Wednesday morning so I'm looking for an alternative activity to my usual rowing sesions on that day.
I'm thinking of... running up the stairs in my building, 2 steps at a time. I noticed the other day (in the subway !) that this was giving me some good explosive HR kick.
Now, there is obviously the "Floor climb" activity on the watch that would probably work.
I would like to know if there would be another Garmin activity more appropriate for this exercise that I may want to consider. In case anyone has experimented with this.
