Thinking about grabbing a 255 music today. Does latest firmware allow double click light button to enable screen flashlight?

Does latest firmware allow double click of the light button to enable the screen flashlight (like on other Garmin models)?

    I do not know what other Garmin models do, I am on 16.19 and this is what happens when I press the light button:

    1) once: the screen becomes brighter, bright enough to see what's on it at night. But it's not a "flashlight" !

    2) twice: the screen returns to black.

    Is  this how it's supposed to work ?

    No,  you have to select the flashlight app to turn it on.  I can do it by holding the “light” button then select the flashlight from the menu.  It doesn’t remember if you used full brightness, flashing, or red most recently.

    Having a double click on the light button with the last used setting would be WONDERFULL!
