Hi there,
All of a sudden my fitness age has gone from 40 to 43.5... One of the recommendations it gives me is "Increase Vigorous days" 4w avg: 0 days per week. But I run between 9 and 18 kms 3 or 4 times per week, every week... I did for the last 4 weeks. Those before were "vigorous days". Something changed or it is a bug? (guess it is a bug)
