I just purchased a forerunner 255. It is on software version 13.23 and won’t update to a later one. I know there are several threads on update issues with x55 series but I didn’t see a resolution and when I tried to add my name to a couple of threads they were locked. I have tried updating both through Garmin Connect and Garmin Express
