I completed a Lactate Threshold Test today for the first time with the HRV Monitor. At the end I saved it, but wasn't given any option to update my heart rate zones as per the manual.
'If this is your first lactate threshold estimate, the device prompts you to update your heart rate zones based on your lactate threshold heart rate. For each additional lactate threshold estimate, the device prompts you to accept or decline the estimate.'
Any idea what the issue is here and whether I can use the test to update them manually?
