My Forerunner 255 (12.23) won't update anymore

Hello,

My Forerunner 255 won't update anymore.
16.19 seems to be the latest software update but my watch is frozen on 12.23.
Garmin Connect and Garmin Express are displaying that I am up to date.

What is the solution ? Can I force the updates on my watch ?

    I'm updating this post.

    I found a solution.
    I did a factory reset of the watch, then launched Garmin Express.

    I was still in 12.25.
    After a few tries, I closed Garmin Express then a prompt on my watch to update on 16.19 showed up.

    Problem solved but it wasn't obvious.
