Didn't Get software update 16.17 Forerunner 255s until now (4 Oct 2023).
Please Help

I tried to connect it with garmin express and check under system->software update, unfortunately there is no update

I think this is due to the fact that many watches have problems with the new firmware. Most likely, Garmin is fixing it.

I'm having the same problem. I just bought a forerunner 255 music and I can't download any music apps because my software is technically not up to date. I checked Garmin express and my watch is still running the Software version 9.12., which is from last year. Nonetheless garmin express still says I'm up to date. Please help, I spent $400 on this watch and this is making feel like I possibly wasted my money.

Have you been able to receive 16.19 now that it's live, or is it still saying you're up to date with 9.12?
