Forerunner 255, when I turn on the metronome vibration, the watch backlight cannot be turned on and the light comes on when I raise my wrist. What is going on? I want to ask everyone if this is normal?

Forerunner 255, when I turn on the metronome vibration, the watch backlight cannot be turned on and the light comes on when I raise my wrist. What is going on?  I want to ask everyone if this is normal?
