It's easy to synchro the watch to a smartphone, but it's much better to see, compare and study the activity data on a computer screen (PC or Mac). Unfortunately its boring to synchronize th watch with connect since you have to take off your wath every time, find the small cable ... :((
While the watch and all computers have bluetooth. But maybe there is another way than going through Garmin Express. Is there one?
