Using training activities

Happy owner of an FR255 since Friday, I have a lot of trouble with training activities.

For example, I loaded onto the watch, from the connect mobile app, the HIIT workout titled 40/20 squat thrusts. When I run it, I don't understand if I have to press "back" to go to the next sequence (going from 5' jogging to the 1st series of squats, and at the end of the first 40 sec. or at the end of the 20 sec. of rest).  I have tried a lot of things, but I can't understand when the watch tells me "rest" and the chrono is running, I have to stop it (pressing back) after 20sec. or not. Thank you for your help.

  • You can see a full diagram here. Du a warm up, then a first main unit 40/20, then repeat after pressing back/lap. and do so 10x. :) If you don't like to press a button every time, you can copy and edit the activity. Just try it, it's really simple!

    For that I understand with the diagram the workflow is:   push-start  "warm up" "1rst serie" "rest1" "rest2 until" push-back/lap – "2d serie" "rest1" "rest2 until" push-back/lap … and so on.     In this case the stopwatch is still running as long as I haven't pressed back/lap at the end of the second rest time but the watch vibrates at the end of each serie and at the end of the small rest time but also after ? ? Then at this point, it's not clear for me.  

     

    My trouble comes from the change of screen during the serie and also during the rest. With these changes I don't know where am I, and I feel completely stupid.

    I will try to edit it in order to delete the last block of Break until "back/lap" and see what happens.
